By using the Extra Dimension website at www.extradimension.games (the “Site”), downloading, installing, or playing an Extra Dimension game or by choosing to submit personal information to Extra Dimension, you consent to all of the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use this Site, download, install, or play our games or submit any personal information to Extra Dimension.

What Personal Information Extra Dimension Collects

Personal information is information about an identifiable individual, such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address (“Personal Information”). How We Collect Information when you Visit our Site or Play our Games

When you visit our Site, we may collect information that is sent to us by your web browser, your mobile device, or your internet service provider. We, or our third party service providers, may also collect other information (such as the type of browser you use, which pages you view, what you search for on our Site, how long you spend on our Site, what parts of it you view, and the files you request, and the identifying number associated with you mobile device). We use this information to better understand how visitors use and interact with our Site, and to improve our Site. In our games, we, or our third party service providers, may detect whether you view the advertising that is displayed within the game and for how long you view it for the purpose of rewarding you in game, and for determining the effectiveness of such advertisements and reporting this to the advertiser on an aggregate basis. 

We and our service providers may use a feature on your browser called a "cookie" and/or other similar devices. Cookies are small files that your web browser places on your computer's or device’s hard drive. They are used for a variety of reasons, such as identifying unique users of the site and sessions based on a randomized ID associated with the cookie. Your browser gives you the option to reject cookies. However, setting your browser to reject cookies generally hinders the browser's performance and will adversely affect your experience while using our websites. 

Third Party Service Providers, User Tracking  and Your Choices and Ability to Opt-Out

When you play one of our games, we and our service providers may track your in game activity, including your sessions and session length, the in game actions you take, and any bugs or crashes you experience, for various purposes, including but not limited to improving our games and developing new ones, optimizing gameplay, research, advertising, and customer experience testing. Service providers and other parties that serve advertising on our Site or in our games may set and access their own tracking technologies on your device (including without limitation cookies and web beacons) and may otherwise collect or have access to information about you. We are not responsible for the actions of any third party.

We use a variety of third party service providers to assist us in providing our games and to you, including to assist with the technological functioning of our games, collecting analytical data regarding their use, and displaying advertising.

Using these service providers helps us let you play our games without charging you.

More information about these service providers, their roles, the information they collect, how they use it, and how to opt-out from certain of their practices is provided below. You may also limit this collection and use of information by uninstalling our free games from your device.

·       We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about use of our Site and report on activities and trends. This service may also collect information regarding the use of other websites, apps, and online resources. ·       We use GameAnalytics to provide us with metrics and telemetry from our games. In accordance with its privacy policy, (https://gameanalytics.com/privacy), GameAnalytics may collect information regarding your session, device, geographic information, and in game activity, including device identifier, platform, IP Address, settings, timestamps, browser type and language.  GameAnalytics may use automated processing (including profiling), and may share information with third party data controllers for direct marketing and other mobile advertising purposes, for game development and for analytical purposes. ·       We use OneSignal to help enable our push notifications to users whose device settings allow them. You may opt-out of receiving push notices by changing the settings of your mobile device. OneSignal may collect information regarding your session, device, and geographic information, including device identifier, information regarding your use of our game, IP address, device type; type and version of operating system; network provider; mobile browser; language setting; time zone; and network status type and other apps you have installed. OneSignal may use this data to provide its services, for interest based advertising, analytics and market research (including through the use of predictive modeling and inferences about your interests based on your general location), to resolve identities across multiple devices, such as to match IP addresses or hashed emails to link the different browsers, mobile devices, tablets, or other devices you use. ·       We use IronSource to help display video ads to you. You may view the IronSource privacy policy at: http://www.ironsrc.com.

·       We use Unity Analytics to provide us with metrics and telemetry from our games. Unity Analytics collects information in accordance with its privacy policy available at (https://unity3d.com/legal/privacy-policy). This may include information such as your IP address and device identifiers, as well as events completed or actions taken within the game, including level, number of credits, time it took you to earn them, metadata about in-game communications and the value and details of purchases. Some data collected by Unity Analytics may be used for personalized advertising, to operate and improve the games, to generate aggregated reports about game activity in general across a number of games, and to allow Unity Analytics to  provide, operate and improve its services. How Extra Dimension Uses and Discloses Personal Information

The Personal Information we collect may be used by Extra Dimension for the purposes for which it was collected, as provided in this Privacy Policy, or for other purposes that are disclosed to you and to which you consent.  For example, we may use your Personal Information to:

By installing and playing one of our free games with device settings that allow push notices, you accept a gaming opportunity from us, and agree to receive our push notices. You may opt-out of receiving push notices at any time by changing the notification settings of your mobile device. Personal Information collected online may be combined with information you have provided to Extra Dimension through other sources such as over email or the telephone.

If you have provided us with your Personal Information, but later decide you no longer want us to send you any information from us, you may unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe message in our commercial communications.

We may transfer your Personal Information to third party service providers that assist us with carrying out these purposes. For example, we may use a data processing contractor to host our Site.

We reserve the right to transfer any Personal Information we have about you in the event that we merge with or are acquired by a third party or should any such transaction be proposed. We may also use, or disclose your Personal Information to third parties, if we have reason to believe that using or disclosing such information is necessary to: (i) conduct investigations of possible breaches of law; (ii) identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating an agreement they have with us; (iii) investigate security breaches or cooperate with government authorities pursuant to a legal matter; or (iv) to protect our rights, safety or property.

How we Protect Personal Information

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We protect your Personal Information by maintaining physical, organizational and technological safeguards intended to help protect against unauthorized use, disclosure or access. Personal Information may be accessed by persons within our organization, or our third party service providers, who require such access to carry out the purposes indicated above, or such other purposes as may be permitted or required by the applicable law. We retain Personal Information that we collect as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or to meet any legal requirements.

We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide to us. 

Some or all of the Personal Information we collect may be stored or processed on servers located outside your jurisdiction of residence, including in the United States, whose data protection laws may differ from the jurisdiction in which you live. As a result, this information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in those jurisdictions according to laws in those jurisdictions.

You have a right to request access to your Personal Information and to request a correction to it if you believe it is inaccurate. We will use reasonable efforts to comply with your request; however, in some cases we may not be able to allow you to access certain Personal Information in certain circumstances, for example if it contains Personal Information of other persons, or for legal reasons. We may require you to verify your identity before allowing you to access your personal information.

Children and Parents

Extra Dimension does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If a child has already provided us with Personal Information, his or her parent or guardian may contact us for the purpose of deleting this information.

Third Party Links and Content

The Site and our games may contain links to other third party websites, or may incorporate advertising or content hosted and served by third parties over which we have no control and which are governed by the privacy policies and business practices of those third parties. These other websites and this content may have their own privacy policies and terms and conditions that are not governed by this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any third parties.

Other websites may collect and treat information collected differently, so we encourage you to carefully read and review the privacy policy for each website you visit.  Any links from this Site or our games to other websites, or references to products, services or publications other than those of Extra Dimension, do not imply the endorsement or approval of such websites, products, services or publications by Extra Dimension.

Changes to this Policy

Extra Dimension reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. We will reflect any changes to this Privacy Policy on our Site and will indicate the date this Privacy Policy was last amended. If you access and/or use of the Site, our games, or provide us with Personal Information after any such changes, you agree to this Privacy Policy as revised.
